The secretary is always very friendly and remembers my child's name when we walk in. There's never a long wait time and the waiting room is stacked with interesting magazines and there are even articles on tv about health that are fun to read. The patient rooms are a little outdated and there is nothing kid-friendly about them, but she also takes adults so that may be why. She really listens to you, She will do anything to get to the source of the problems you are having big or small. She is the only doctor that has ever cared about me as a person. She is really sweet, nice and professional and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
