I loved the Doctor! Dr. Bhavesh Patel was amazing. And loved one nice lady that works in the front. Both were very helpful and kind. Was disappointed in the rest of the clinic. They were charging me the incorrect copay the entire time I was there. Charging me only half of what my copay actually was. So I paid almost $100 in backed copay fees. Then, I showed up for an appointment (that never actually happened) because my therapist was out of town, which isn’t a problem at all! They need breaks too. BUT, nobody called or texte... read more

I had a stroke in Aug and had to move to be closer to Emory ( 4 hrs away) They have refused to work with me on getting my medical records or my medication. I am still without my meds. The staff is garbage. Never been so disappointed in a medical office. I was a patient for several years. Very sad. I do not recommend. Many other amazing offices to choose from in Valdosta. Don’t waste your time and energy with them.
Dr. Patel took his time to talk to and get to know me. He asked multiple questions and seemed interested in my care. Very good bedside manner
