I've had many therapeutic massages in my life and I must say the three I have had at Bhavana are the best in terms of long lasting effect. I saw Ricky Abare on each occasion and felt like he really understood where I was hurting and cared about healing me. As I drifted away in bliss he found the tight sport in my neck, shoulders and lower back that I didn't even realize were tense. This spa is amazing. Very warm and comfortable and I loved my massage room. Ricky was my masseuse and it was excellent! I will definitely be back.
I have been using the infrared sauna since 2018, I was referred by my Naturopath as a treatment for heavy metal toxicity. The infrared sauna provides so many healing benefits, I continue to go regularly even though my treatment is over. The facility itself is very peaceful and healing, and the staff are always warm and uplifting.
My lomi lomi sesion with Ricky was absolutely fantastic. The ambience, professionalism and skill at Bhavana is impressive and I'd highly recommend it!
So I bought a massage through groupon, the massage itself was ok, I had sore neck for next 3 days. After finishing the massage session I went to checkout at the front desk, I was asked if I want to add a tip followed by " $20 ok?" This is a heavy tip for a $80 service! I paid it because I felt pushed and embarssed at the same time. Please dont ask for heavy tips, let the customers decide.
