Very friendly staff, no wait time was straight in my appointment
Really felt unheard and rushed at my consult. Only advice that was given to me was meds. Poor followup to calls and inaccurate medical information on my chart. Would NOT recommend Only reason for the stars at all is the help staff at chaska
Very good doctors! Clinics and surgical center also amazing (Chaska and Shakopee). You don’t need to wait on a phone for 15-30 minutes to talk to a front desk as at MNGI. Bhatti GI able to make appointment at a reasonable time, not like MNGI. I saw several providers and happy with all of them.
Absolute Incompetence! I have been trying to have my chart transferred to another GI and they can't even do that. I have been in such pain and in need of a colonoscopy and EGD and they have not helped me in any way. They are awful and I would never recommend them to ANYONE!
