I saw Dr. Bhatt in Queens Office where he has no staff to help you if you need help with anything such prescriptions or anything else . In his Brooklyn office no one answer the phone. I couldn’t get in touch with him or his staff, and when I finally got his cell phone number from another doctor ‘s staff, he was very rude. He raised his voice at me when I asked him for my medical records. I had my attorney involved in this situation.
My first time there it was a saturday morning not to busy. The waiting is horrible and the girls looked ghetto with jeans flip flops short tshirt not a professional attire at all. I was very shocked. The visit with the doctor not private at all door wide open and everyone can hear what you there for... The place looks nice but everything else is gross!!!
