I have had the worst experience with this office staff in Keller. I like Dr Bhatla but he needs to hear about how his office staff treated me and are still treating me. After my procedure, I WILL personally speak to Dr Bhatla about all this. He needs to know how his office staff does their jobs.
I love Dr Bhatla and his staff! I've been going to him for several years and have experienced nothing but great relief with the injections. The only downside is I have is the drive that I am now having to do for an office visit. It was so convenient for me to drive to Decatur for my appointments. Hopefully soon they will be able to find a facility to be back on Monday's!
My 1st. visit to the Keller Pain Clinic was in 2010. At that time, my whole body ached nonstop for more than a year. What started as chronic low back pain had gotten to the point where I just hurt all over. It hurt to just get a hug, if it was the least bit enthusiastic. My very first grandchild was due in a matter of days and I was starting to think that this most joyious of occasions was likely to be dampened. I had my first appointment today with Dr. Bhatla and I am thoroughly impressed. In fact I've had nothing but positive experiences with every person I've spoken to since the first time I called for information and everyone I've spoken with in the office is extremely pleasant. I am very encouraged for my future at Texas Pain Institute, for I finally have hope for treatment that'll bring me some much needed pain relief. If anything changes, I'll update... but I have a very good feeling that my time there will be a positive one.... read more
