Office was a bit crowded when I was there, but the gentleman I sat next too kept raving about Dr. Bhatia. I hoped the crowded waiting room was reflective of a popular physician rather than a slow one. It turned out I was in luck. Dr. Bhatia was everything the gentleman told me she was (and the wait was short). She was very affable and listened to my concerns and then explained the reasoning behind her plan. Taruna herself is not only profoundly rude and hostile, but she employs people to work for her who embody the same hostility and lack of etiquette. Her office ordered from my restaurant and treated my team with such rudeness, including the use of vulgar language and making threats towards them. There are probably much kinder, more respectful doctors out there who don't become aggressive and hostile because you could not get them their order fast enough.
