Dr. Bhatia promised me that if we had to leave Maui, she would insure that our daughter's treatment on the mainland would be completed as part of the fee. Turns out not to be the case, and we're out the $6,000 unless we take her to court. I believe that she's having financial problems, and though she insists you pay her in full in order to get started, there's a chance she may not be able to fulfill her commitment, and you may have just thrown your money away to her, like we did.
