I had an urgent medical condition that required surgery. I needed to be cleared for surgery by my PCP, Dr. K. I contacted the office and was told there weren't any appointments available for months, even though there were plenty of appointments available to new patients to schedule on zocdoc. The receptionist said she would speak with the Dr. When she called me back she said the Dr. told her to tell me to find another Dr.
My doctors for many years now, I can't say enough GREAT things about them both. Dr. Krishna and Dr. Chenna actually care and have compassion, who knew there were still a few of these doctors around!? And they always easily work with my current insurance. Highly recommend them!
They claimed our annual blood work report review as diagnostic medical conditions. *But during visit no such diagnosis medical conditions were discussed what they claimed or charged us. Only said, to figure out things which work for us* We discussed same with their receptionist and she said we will charge you no matter what your insurance plan is saying which was very rude to me.
Always a pleasure to visit with my doctors. They are both personable and very caring. ❤️
Everyone working here always makes me feel super comfortable and cared for. I wish I found this place sooner
