I had a very disappointing experience. I went for eyebrow and upper lip threading, but the service was extremely rough. The beautician was in a rush and used a very hard hand while threading, which resulted in multiple cuts on my face. Even after the threading, there were still a lot of hairs left that were not removed properly. What made the experience worse was that no soothing gel, lotion, or aftercare product was applied before or after the threading. My skin was left irritated and painful. I got my haircut done by Aruna, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I wanted face framing curtain bangs paired with long layers, and she cut it perfectly. She made my hair feel light and healthy while still keeping my desired length. I highly recommend going to her! :)
