EDIT: after posting this review and seeing their reply I tried again and after some back and forth with the front desk gal have now been booked for my 'free consultation'. I changed rating from 1 to 3 stars for now and will re-visit and update again after the meeting. If they don't want to do these free consults they should change the wording on their website.
