My 89 year old father who is struggling with physical neuropathy left Dr. Bhangu’s office completely gobsmacked by how terribly he was treated. He felt like the Doctor was patronizing, unwilling to answer any questions, or explain what his thinking was regarding my Dad’s condition. He said he was so surprised at Dr. Bhangu’s dismissive disrespectful remarks he just wanted to get out of there. This neurologist is probably the worst of the worst, both times I’ve seen him, 10 years apart the man still knows nothing about epilepsy or doesn’t seem to care much, I highly advise against going to this specific doctor if you want to help you or your child, make the drive to UofM.
Dr Bhangu, and his staff were all sincerely concerned and very helpful. All were very professional and friendly. I feel I will be nothing but healthier from now on. The Dr also includes my opinions in his plans for my future.
quite literally the worst doctor ever, and the worst office ever, including staff. they don't respond to calls or messages, if you nonstop call they will answer and blame you for your medical issues, and say they called you, even if you waited by your phone for 2 straight weeks for that mysterious call they 'apparently' did, when you get fed up of their behavior they tell you you're too sick for them and pass you off to another office. they pretend you don't have your own call log and medical records to try to gaslight you a... read more
I would highly recommend this office to anyone. I have been a patient with Dr. Bhangu for over a decade and have always received professional, knowledgeable, and efficient care. He takes his time explaining procedures, diagnostics, and test results. He will walk you through the process of why you should or shouldn't have tests or medications.
