the receptionist has been very helpful and empathetic. And im also a very very anxious patient but dr.haya has been very assuring and patient towards me. had my molar taken out and didnt feel a thing.
Been going to this dentist for many years. Amazing service with all the staff, they will go the extra mile to help you. Today was the first time I have had any problem but they sorted out an appointment at the hospital to get the problem sorted straight away no waiting, even phoned my wife to update on the situation.
The staff here are very polite and friendly, recommend to come here
I had a very bad experience with the female dentist this morning. My my appointment at xx:45, when I finished back to my car, it was extractly xx:00. It means my appointment was only 15 minutes, which includes walking to and back to the car, registration, and seeing the Doctor. When I entered to room 3, Dr asked me the purpose of visiting. After I told her, she asked me to lie down. She said she will check my teeth. After around half minutes looking my teeth she said my teeth are good, no treatment needed, just need a clean.... read more
Got my braces taken off and still haven’t got my retainers been told I was gonna get them on Thursday and still haven’t received them and now I’m getting them on Monday whilst my teeth are moving again
