Dr. Jessurun is great, very attentive and the office staff has always been friendly. The waiting room however, always has a noticeable odor of urine which is very unpleasant.
I have left a message for Dr. Metz assistant and have not received a returned call. Customer service is very poor you can not get a live person on the phone.
I had the best experience today! Staff was super friendly, professional and everything was clean. I have NEVER had a good experience with IV placement until today. I didn't even feel it! I was so comfortable and felt like a person, not a number. Love Dr. Metz and all I have come in contact with at Orion Medical! Recommend 100%!!
