Clinic staff answering phones is rude and very unhelpful. Also they don't answer portal questions anymore, when they used to. Really gone down hill!!! And don't have questions or get sick on Friday, she and her whole staff is off.
I received an extraordinary service from all the personnel from the front desk to the doctor. I didn’t have an appointment but I requested one as I was not feeling well and the nurse called me back with an appointment for the following day.
Just so you know, this review is partly from my first review and partly new being constructed just now. Dr. Gidvani was compassionate and exhibited a very comforting, knowledgeable, bedside manner. It was easy for me to see what a wonderful person the doctor is. The Dr. was also very thoughtful and heard my concerns while creating a cogent treatment plan. dr. Gidvani is always thorough, concerned and discusses all aspects of my health with me. I also like her nurses a whole lot.
