The person who did my hair is rude and arrogant… you need to train your staff how to do small talks that attracts customers, not drive them away, seriously. Never going back there again
Biggest regret of my life! My long hair down to my butt now has to be cut up past my shoulders because it was burnt in cant wash it or brush it. Went back and was told it was MY fault. There was no heat protectant or anything used. Also make up brushes and sponges and lip gloss sticks are all used straight out of the product. No hygiene at all. Didn’t know they did men’s cuts until I walked past one time. So good
I finally found a salon that my hair likes (if there is such a thing )closer to where I work so it's a win win... nice staff as well. Highly recommended.
