I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. The service was highly unprofessional, and I would not recommend it to anyone. A senior staff member cut my hair unevenly and did not seem attentive to detail. Despite the poor result, I was charged a high price. Additionally, most of the staff were conversing in their own language, which felt uncomfortable and unprofessional in a customer-facing environment. Worst place to visit the lady charge me $80 for blow dry and it’s just took 5 min to do and blow dry doesn’t even last for 1 hour very unprofessional stay away from from this place
Went for just a trim but the guy gave me layers which i didn’t even asked for just to blend out the front hair which he just thinned out my hair looking like a rat tail. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this place.
Definitely won’t recommend, showed the photo that I want asked for long layers because I had long hair, but they were gaslighters I didn’t asked for a straight layer. Told them I don’t want haircolor but they insisted to tone down my hair to black. They were not listeners, the price for the work is not acceptable. Viet, Thai, Korean salons were the best!!
