How do you give 0 stars? Make it a thing Google... Doctor Patel is a good doctor but her office staff is absolute trash from making an appt with rude staff to waiting over 3 hours past your appt time to be seen and don't ask them to care because they don't. We just needed a referral today and it was over an hr just to take vitals currently still waiting .....if this is your primary, change it...you've been warned
All of these 1 star reviews are true. My father went in for a physical/check up, his appointment was at 1:30pm. He arrived at 1:00pm, was checked into an examination room to wait for the doctor at 1:30pm and doctor never showed up so my dad left their office around 3pm as he had other appointments to make. The doctor never showed up once in all the time he was checked in. Wouldn’t recommend.
No stars. Always leave patients waiting hours. At least to me, more than 2 hours without any updates. Very disrespectful Dr Bhairavi Patel to her patients. I had to walk out of the room where I waited 2 hours. Will file a formal complaint to the board. Other people saw me upset, and they agreed with my reaction not to reschedule and find another doctor.
