I am absolutely thrilled with the water filtration and reverse osmosis purification system installation by this team! Their knowledge and friendliness made the entire process a breeze. From start to finish, they demonstrated expertise and professionalism, ensuring that I understood the benefits of the system. The also hooked up the purification system to our fridge and even installed a new mini faucet for our kitchen sink with ease. Great company and great people!
Contacted the company on 5/8/23. Spoke to Bill who said his son would be in touch the setup a time to come out and test my water/offer options. His son Dan, texted me on 5/10 asking when would work for me. I provided 3 days the following week. No response. I followed up on 5/12 and Dan scheduled me for 5/17 at 9am. On 5/17 Dan texts early to confirm the appt. I reply yes. Shortly after he texts back and says he doesn't have all the proper refills for his test kit and asks to reschedule. One of my reverse osmosis tanks has been leaking since late April. I have called the installer and the number listed over 20 times without hearing back. They did a great job installing, but don’t expect them to help if something goes wrong.
