This company completely screwed me over and took advantage of me. I made my minimum payment every single month, and many times I paid MORE than the minimum. Despite that, they charged me $662 in interest on a purchase of only around $1,000 because some “12-month” financing period ended. How is that even reasonable? I’ve purchased several items from B&H over the years, including camera equipment and hard drives, and each time I received damaged or defective merchandise and then had difficulty getting B&H to accept responsibility or process the return. Based on my experience, I do not consider this an honest business: merchandise sold to me as new arrived damaged or defective, and returns were disputed or rejected. I would take my business elsewhere.
