I had a bad experience with an online purchase. At this point, I feel comfortable sharing my experience. I purchased a DJI Pocket 3 Creator Combo from B&H Photo. The moment I opened the package, I noticed the gimbal had an unusual rattle that my previous Pocket 3 did not have. I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and test it anyway. Just got done placing an order for a camera over the phone and spoke with Rafael who was extremely knowledgeable, had amazing customer service, and provided me with more than enough information to keep me informed on the back ordering process! I haven’t received my item yet but wanted to leave a review based on the phenomenal customer support!
They have pretty much everything you could need. Remember that most isn't on display. Can get very crowded at peak hours.
