First time going and it's so good such a big place with different sides for the different ages and it's brilliant that adults can go on with the kids. The cafe has a small variety of food and drinks but the seating eare is very big.
Brilliant gym with good staff. I been getting huge even tho i only trained for 6 months n the machines are perfect. Its all clean asw with wet wipes to use afterwards. Deffo reccomend this gym if ur in portsmouth n u wanna start lifting
Good gym and all but the chest press and pectoral machines are so bad that my joints kill after each use which slows down my progress and its only those two machines that do it (typical technogym)
