We worked it out. BH Electric came over to fix my circuit breaker on the weekend and it went well. Communicated well with me to set a time and he showed up within the time period with one hour notice, which I appreciated. Good emergency electrician services -- will take weekend calls. I appreciate them taking time out of a busy summer weekend to help me out.
Zero follow up...waited 2 weeks for an initial call back...then they never showed or called for 2 separate appointments that they scheduled. Very unprofessional...
Inquired about a project 6+months ago, Brandon came out to the property to inspect/quote in a timely manner. A few months after that, he had scheduled a time to come compete the work for that following day, never showed up, texting “I forgot”. Haven’t heard from anyone since. We went with another company to do our work. It looks like so many people have had good experiences so it is unfortunate.
Everyone is very professional and very polite they took the time and answered all the questions we had there work is very clean couldn’t ask for a better Company to do the work we had done
