My project has been paid for, but not completed. When I have tried to call Shane (over 10 times) he will not return my calls to finish the job. I have called the business phone, left messages, as well as his personal phone (which his voicemail isn't set up). I have sent numerous text messages with no response. The other other course of action I have is to pursue legal action to recoup my money for someone more reliable to complete my job. Brian and Heidi have handled a number of renovation projects in our home this year. They do excellent, well finished work in just about any construction category. We have had them do complex carpentry, plumbing and electric projects and their workmanship is excellent. Pricing is very fair.
