I called in September to schedule someone to come out to look at my mother's chimney. She has stage 3 cancer and has no heat because her chimney was clogged.They called to reschedule her appointment 4 times. 4 TIMES. It is now December. There was one excuse after another, scheduling conflicts, blah blah blah. I called another Chimney service and they came out in a day and made my mother a priority because of this company's lack of experience proffessionalism. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Even to my worst enemy.
We have used B&H for our chimney and fireplace work for years. They are professional, highly competent and reliable. We just had our chimney cleaned and B&H did their usual superb job. We highly recommend them.
I have had B&H Chimney service my chimney, plus add additional chimney sections and a cap to keep birds out. They have always been careful to protect the floor to prevent dirt from getting everywhere. Our Technician Tim is very professional and has called on us for several seasons. He is very professional and friendly. For each one of the jobs they have done for me I found their prices to be very reasonable. I will continue to use B&H Chimney for all of my Chimney services.

I highly recommend B&H for any chimney / fireplace work. they are by far the most honest, competent, and reliable chimney masons I've ever hired. The work quality is excellent. The contractors were knowledgeable, considerate and reliable. They cleaned up and explained stuff. BH administration staff are equally polite, thorough and informative. Their update system and billing access is easy and fast and reliable. Dont look any further if you need chimney work. you wont do better elsewhere.
