Very disappointing experience with BGW Technologies. In particular, one older man operating the forklift was extremely rude and disrespectful towards courier drivers. His behaviour came across as discriminatory and biased, and the way he spoke to people was completely unprofessional. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect regardless of their background or job role. I left feeling very uncomfortable and unwelcome after this experience.
