It used to be a good company when Sue was around to keep an eye on it..the last year has been very unprofessional..as others said..don’t care about the client..no communication at all..the girls who took care were great but the admin have no idea..always an excuse and communication was sms ..no call..very poor ..

my daughter has down syndrome she's 38 years old, they have put my daughter hell for 3 years, Patrick ndlovu loves the mental health act & ambulances without facts,clients are not a PRIORITY and there's always a excuse, despite what they advise on there web site.BGSR have been reported to the disability Royal Commission. staff are not been trained probably lack empathy.and most the reviews are put up by staff ,it only takes one big mistake yours reply is generic.
