Phenomenal customer service from start to finish. They followed through on every commitment, kept me updated, completed the repair quickly, and went above and beyond by meeting me to pick up my car on a holiday weekend even though they were closed. Shops like this are rare — I only wish they were six hours closer, because I would recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable transmission work! I couldn't thank them enough for what they did for my family!
Limped into Grand Island with a failing transmission on the tail end of the family roadtrip…Crisis situation 1000 miles away from home. I called BG&S and they were not only able to fit me in right away, but got to work and had diagnosed and installed a brand new remanned transmission within the same day. They put 3 dedicated guys on it and saved my family trip without cutting any corners or sacrificing quality. It’s a family operation and they treated me like family the whole time too. Amazing!
Excellent experience! They were able to squeeze me in when I had car trouble on a long distance trip and got me fixed up same day. They took time to explain what was wrong and serviced my car for a great price. The free tee shirt was a fun touch as well. Would definitely recommend!
