I contacted BGS to get a quote for a patio door glass replacement. I got a quote right away for $1069 based on the measurements I provided. After checking other quotes I contacted them to get the ball rolling. Only after taking 50% down did they need to schedule someone to come and measure to make sure the quote would be accurate. I said, "Fine, when can they come?" The office gal, Jenna, said Heidi would call me back to set up a time. I work and am very hard to reach. Extremely disappointed. Quoted $105 for 3/16” cabinet glass door with 4 holes, 2-3 weeks. After a month no contact and told it was coming in. Two more weeks and was told they drilled holes too big and had to reorder. Finally came in and the bill was $315!!!! I asked why and was told they measured wrong and ordered 1/4”instead of 3/16”. (My request for quote stated 3/16”, so I can measure more accurate?). I was also told under the hinges it was notched out and that cost more.
