I truly appreciated the professionalism during our first meeting. We’re so fortunate to have the opportunity for our son to train with Coach Sean, and I’m excited to see his progress in the months ahead. If you have a child involved in sports, I highly recommend looking into this program.
The trainers here are amazing professionals. Sean and Rylan have given us an amazing experience at BGR8. The gym is always clean and classes are effective. Motivation is top notch. Love love love these people!
