My rating reflects their extremely poor communication and business practices. It started with my first call to the company to have a technician come in. I was forced to work with this company because the previous owner had their system/services installed. I ended up waiting a month to get an actual technician here to do work. For house alarms, I was quoted $100-200 for labor through text. Further inquiries about pricing were ignored until it was time to pay.
