Very knowledgeable and friendly.
This is a wonderful family run business! We were travelling across Canada to Montreal for my husband's knee surgery when our water pump started leaking. I phoned and Tracy said they would look at it right away. They replaced it with a new one while we waited even though they were very busy. They even let us use their private office to receive a medical phone call. They are kind, compassionate, accommodating and extremely competent. It was also very reasonably priced. I can't thank them enough!

What a great team! From beginning to end, each step of our repairs was dealt with professionally and with clear communication. No upsells, just honesty and education along the way. This is an amazing business and refreshing to come across in this 'rv industry'. I would travel across the province to return here if needed. They are THAT good.
