We hired BGM Heating and Plumbing to install a new boiler, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. During the installation, there were two separate leaks on consecutive days, both caused by poor welding. Each time, water poured through our living room ceiling, soaking it completely. It was stressful and disruptive to deal with this twice in a row. To their credit, the company did send someone quickly to fix the leaks and later arranged for the ceiling to be repainted. We used the online booking system to arrange our boiler service which was simple and effective. The engineer phoned as promised to let us know he was on his way. The service was delivered efficiently and everything was left clean and tidy. The team also helped us with a secondary problem, communicating with us over the weekend and getting someone out to us without delay to remove what ended up being a blockage in the condensate drain pipework. Thank you to Barry, Gary and Nick for their time and efforts.

Boiler service was done on 8th October 2025 Engineer was Gary Crittenden we had excellent service from Gary who was friendly and efficient at his work ,he is a great asset to your company.and we look forward to seeing him again next year Mr R Doe
The engineer worked quickly and knowledgeably and tidied up after taking the gas fire apart. Will put more work BGM's way.
