What a great shop! Josh was a kind human being helping me more then I would expect any other shop would. Exceptionally knowledgeable and has an eye for detail! Showed that to me in the report he did for my Dodge. He stuck to the main problem to save me money and knocked it out in no time at a reasonable value. Thank you Josh!
Absolutely great service and competitive pricing. Didn't try and nickle and dime me with extra unrelated things with my vehicle. Would recommend to everyone especially those who know little about vehicles and are tired of shops trying to take advantage.
I cannot properly put into words how much I value BGM. They have consistently taken such good care of me and my vehicle. They are knowledgable, trustworthy and more than fair. They truly take the time to explain the issue and the reaolution in a way that is understandable. They are tranparent and go above and beyond to make the repair scenario as painless on the customer as possible. I cannot recommend BGM highly enough.
