They did an excellent job fixing the AC in my 2017 Honda Civic. Very friendly people as well, I would highly recommend their services.
Found the shop on Google when I needed a quick assessment. The owner/manager was quick to offer a loaner car as he knew he was busy but promised to have my car looked at ASAP. They did a quick but thorough inspection of not only the issue I brought it in for but for other safety and performance issues as well, finding another issue that could have been a problem if not addressed quickly. I love people who take their job seriously! I had them do a pre-Purchase inspection. They were incredibly thorough and went way beyond what I thought they would do. Then, they emailed and texted me the results and gave me a personal phone call to go over the results with them. You just don’t see excellent customer service like this anymore.
Great experience with BGM!! Matt & Josh listened intently and provided amazing service and patience with our diagnostics and repair in a short time. They were very knowledgeable and eager to help that showed in their work. It’s so refreshing to deal with an honest and straight forward repair shop that actually does what they say they’re going to do. I recommend BGM 100% and will definitely use them again! A++
