I had an appointment scheduled (took the day off to meet them) and they did not show up. I called and left a message and no one responded. I am currently encouraging the appliance company who contracted them to drop them. Now I read all these comments.. They are probably stoned out of their minds like the rest of this town.
ZERO STARS!! Despicable, condescending, unprofessional nasty and wretched, woman dealing with customers. No accountability with this business. Horrible experience trying to get them on the phone, or do you a favor to even schedule you an appointment. After an appointment was scheduled A WEEK LATER, no show, no call on either of the 2 days given as your "appointment window." Thieves! Stay away! I can try to forgive the gammy-award winning HORRIBLE attitude that "Ginger" displayed on the phone while arranging for an appointment, but being stolen from is a different matter. The "repairman" is actually a thief that will look at your appliance and reassure you that it is broken and he will get back to you with an estimate. I have never experienced a service provider so rude and unresponsive in my life. BGH Electronics is being recommended for removal from the contractor services division of Lowes because they are unresponsive to service calls and they openly violate the terms of agreement. I had, in writing, a guaranteed service call scheduled for today and this woman called and said it would take another 10 business days for them to come.
