I want to express how disappointed I am with how this process has been handled. I first reached out in May because I am trying to transition my son from his therapeutic school to either in-home or center-based ABA services. At the time, communication was prompt, and we scheduled an intake appointment for July. My son is expected to begin needing services in August, so I started this process months in advance to allow enough time for a smooth transition. I cannot say enough good things about BGF. I was very skeptical about ABA therapy all together however all of that was gone within the first meeting I had with Nicole. She is truly compassionate and committed to children. Nicole and Amy put together a plan for my son. They took the time to figure out my son’s strengths and areas he needed help in. They then put together a team of therapists that have gone above and beyond to ensure his happiness, safety, and over all well being. My son is always so happy to see his “friends”... read more
