Worst electric and gas company ever i wish i could give negative stars. Have had a gas leak on the street in front of my house for more then 6 years constantly call them they come out and say yes there is a leak. But they will put a temporary patch but have never fully fixed the problem. They keep raising their rates amd then have the audacity to send out a email saying today is a energy saving day when its over 100 degrees outside. Took me 23 calls in 48 hours to talk to a human✌️…… I can’t move into a new lease thanks to the amount of hoops bge has me jumping through to open an account. Don’t have a customer service number if you are not going to answer it
The worst company ever!!! I have spent two + days trying to get through to someone to make account changes, but there is constantly high caller volume. You can request a call back, which upon call back (whole day later-- though it said 25 to 35 minutes) never takes you to who you need to speak to; and then, the automated call system refuses to accept your number when you are prompted to enter it, and shuts down on you! BGE website has billed me 8335.00 on an account that is not mine. They sad they would give me a credit. 5 months later it has not happened
