Took me 23 calls in 48 hours to talk to a human✌️…… I can’t move into a new lease thanks to the amount of hoops bge has me jumping through to open an account. Don’t have a customer service number if you are not going to answer it
The worst company ever!!! I have spent two + days trying to get through to someone to make account changes, but there is constantly high caller volume. You can request a call back, which upon call back (whole day later-- though it said 25 to 35 minutes) never takes you to who you need to speak to; and then, the automated call system refuses to accept your number when you are prompted to enter it, and shuts down on you! BGE website has billed me 8335.00 on an account that is not mine. They sad they would give me a credit. 5 months later it has not happened
I would give zero stars if I could. Customer service is horrible and the way they are raising prices is disgraceful. And they have the audacity to send out an “energy savings day” email when we’re in the middle of a heat wave, what a joke.
