Money hungry company!
I'm just trying to figure out how I paid $30k in energy efficient doors and windows, 13k in insulation, and the bill is higher now than it was without it. Total extortion at this point.
Worst electric and gas company ever i wish i could give negative stars. Have had a gas leak on the street in front of my house for more then 6 years constantly call them they come out and say yes there is a leak. But they will put a temporary patch but have never fully fixed the problem. They keep raising their rates amd then have the audacity to send out a email saying today is a energy saving day when its over 100 degrees outside. They can figure out how to call you and tell you your bill is overdue but they cant figure ou... read more
Took me 23 calls in 48 hours to talk to a human✌️…… I can’t move into a new lease thanks to the amount of hoops bge has me jumping through to open an account. Don’t have a customer service number if you are not going to answer it
