If you’re a residential customer I would not touch this company with a ten-foot pole. We’ve called them a few times in mid November, always got the runaround through their automated answering service. Left messages asking for a call back to talk about fixing or replacing existing FAAC operators on our double swing gates. To date we have not heard back. Not the level of customer service one would expect. Even if they’re not interested a curtesy call back should have been made.

VAA used BGD's services to oversee a complete replacement of our parking system from end to end as well as installation of automated security gates to access our commercial apron.
