Very welcoming and home environment and to let everyone know they have boxing and self defence training for kids too
You couldn't ask for a better organization for your kids ,a safe haven and amazing staff make this a Cape Breton gem
Me and my kids come here to play basketball and badminton from time to time. The fact that this place exists is pretty awesome. What a great idea! The grounds are really well kept. You can easily see that there is a high level of respect for this organization.
