Since I went to the offices in early February, everything went super smoothly. They were very friendly despite my limited language skills. They asked for my information and called to schedule an appointment. The person who came to take my measurements and give the estimate was also very nice and helpful Sr. Coby . From the first contact with the sales person through the installation B&G personnel were friendly, helpful, understanding and attentive to our needs, surpassing our expectations. Jamie and James did a quick, clean and courteous job with the install. We highly recommend B & G and we intend to have them install plantation shutters in the rest of our home.
