I have used BG Storage for the past two summer to store my daughter's college items during the summer, so we would not have to worry about bringing items home over the summer. The first year there were no issues. So, we used it for a second year. The contract was month to month, and we were advised when we first started the contract to contact the storage unit in August to get a prorated invoice for August since she would not occupy it the whole month.
