I am rating this only in regards to one of their drivers. I tried to call to file a complaint but there was no answer and the vm was someone's personal phone. Anyway, the driver first cut me off, trying to come 2 lanes over in traffic to get on the exit for 95 north on 10/27 @945am. Then when we got to 95, he was cutting all the way from the right to the left lane, almost hit 2 cars, and then actually drove for a good 2 miles on the line dividing the 2 left lanes. excellent quality of work the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful they even answer all questions you have highly recommend them to anybody they schedule an appointment and they keep their appointment if they happen to be running late they will let you know they will call you to let you know

I have never had to replace glass in my home. Our son accidentally broke a window. We checked the reviews and people had great things to say about service and price. Well I second that! The owner was on site, very friendly, they responded immediately and the glass was replaced within 48 hours at a very fair price. We are very pleased with the product and the prompt, friendly service! Thank you BG&M!
