Horrible experience. Took my grandmothers car and gave us the run around for days. Not helping us and was not cooperating. Hostile staff. Dents and scratches on car, rude at the window, and even though we called the morning of to make an appointment and get the total, the bill was higher when we arrived. Made nasty comments about the car and we have suspicions that it was driven. Less gas than before it was taken, as well as certain features shut off in the vehicle.

They towed my daughters vehicle and I had a handicap placard sitting on the center console. When she went to get her stuff it was gone. No one other than this company had access to the vehicle. We called and ask about it. The woman on the phone was not rude but also did not take the question seriously. Se just said its not here. And suggested that it hadn't been when the vehicle was towed because the took pictures. If I could zero stars I absolutely would. Very unprofessional and rude. Upon retrieving my vehicle I immediately notified them that my vehicle was damaged by their tow, which they immediately denied and became extremely defensive. The lady told me she needed to review the before and after photos and when I asked to see them I was ignored. They closed the window in my face and closed the business for the day. I was also told a manager would come outside and speak to me, which never happened. 0/5 do not recommend

I was faced with a completely unexpected situation and probably still a bit in shock. The ladies and gentlemen at BG were wonderful. They went out of their way to help me and bring my dire situation to a successful conclusion. My Christmas is saved! God Bless you all and a Very Merry Christmas!
