Have no problem damaging vehicles when they pick them up or stealing anything they see of value. Employees assured me they would make it right and all I had to do was call. Apparently and pretty obviously they have no problem lying and being a terrible human beings whenever they feel it benefits them. Pretty clear positive reviews are staff trying to curb the negative score.

Idk why all the bad reviews, and I get some people experience different things, but when I went to pick up my car everyone was friendly, it went smooth as ever and my car was the same way I left it, thank you guys for making it easy for me.
The worst company to ever deal with. Very rude. Unprofessional and just plain out nasty. And the employees don't even know what they're talking about. They definitely need better managing skills and learn respect and manners
Ok, so my car got repod but at least these people weren't dicks about it. All my stuff was untouched and they were empathetic and professional. Tough day but it could've been worse. Good on ya
