They towed my daughters vehicle and I had a handicap placard sitting on the center console. When she went to get her stuff it was gone. No one other than this company had access to the vehicle. We called and ask about it. The woman on the phone was not rude but also did not take the question seriously. Se just said its not here. And suggested that it hadn't been when the vehicle was towed because the took pictures. If I could zero stars I absolutely would. Very unprofessional and rude. Upon retrieving my vehicle I immediately notified them that my vehicle was damaged by their tow, which they immediately denied and became extremely defensive. The lady told me she needed to review the before and after photos and when I asked to see them I was ignored. They closed the window in my face and closed the business for the day. I was also told a manager would come outside and speak to me, which never happened. 0/5 do not recommend
I was faced with a completely unexpected situation and probably still a bit in shock. The ladies and gentlemen at BG were wonderful. They went out of their way to help me and bring my dire situation to a successful conclusion. My Christmas is saved! God Bless you all and a Very Merry Christmas!
Very friendly and accommodating staff! They were kind enough to allow me to pick up my vehicle even though it was approaching the end of the day and i didn’t have an appointment. Contact was easy and friendly and they were able to help quickly in this cold weather. Thank you again!
At first the lady at window was wonderful. I knew I was getting truck back and she said it was okay leave my belongings in it . I paid to get it back by the time it was allowed . All my belongings were stolen . They lie and said wasn’t them . They stole tools , jewelry, subwoofers , amp , fisher plow remote , also cut wiring harnes from the plow . There’s damage to the truck from them . I’ll be pursuing legal actions and holding these criminals responsible. Biggest thief’s there are in Washingtoncounty . The lowest of lowest... read more
