At first the lady at window was wonderful. I knew I was getting truck back and she said it was okay leave my belongings in it . I paid to get it back by the time it was allowed . All my belongings were stolen . They lie and said wasn’t them . They stole tools , jewelry, subwoofers , amp , fisher plow remote , also cut wiring harnes from the plow . Highly recommend if you are ever in this situation. Called first thing in the morning, very friendly and super helpful and understanding. Was able to obtain personal property same day .
These guys are awful. Horrible service and Treat people with struggles like they are the worst thing on the planet. What a crap way to make a living. How can you feel proud of the way you put food on the table. Its a hard world we live in now, i work 3 jobs and these people are heartless and inconsiderate. Wish nothing but the worst for this company.
Have no problem damaging vehicles when they pick them up or stealing anything they see of value. Employees assured me they would make it right and all I had to do was call. Apparently and pretty obviously they have no problem lying and being a terrible human beings whenever they feel it benefits them. Pretty clear positive reviews are staff trying to curb the negative score.
