Brad is awesome! He was patient with me while I moved things around so he could get pictures where he needed them. In retrospect, I should've been more prepared but he kindly kept working in other areas while I got my act together. I also appreciated his explanations of what he was taking pictures of and what he needed. He's got lots of knowledge to share!!!

Brad was great to work with! He provided a thorough inspection and took time to talk with me about his findings. He even returned to the house after repairs were completed to update the inspection report. I recommend him 100%.
