5/5 starts for B&G Fit Club! As someone with pretty bad hip dysplasia, I’ve always run into trouble with working out in ways that don’t result in pain and without aggravation to my hips. Brendan is amazing! Me and my sister have a long history of pain which has made it nearly impossible to work out consistently without pain afterwards. With Brendans help we have been able to consistently work out without any pain while also making tons of progress. First time in years I’ve been able to be sore from a workout without limping around for 4-6 days afterwards. Highly recommend, he’s an amazing trainer!

Having a long pain history, I was happy to find one of the founders of B&G Fitness, Brendan. We are working together and he very quickly dialed into my very unique and chronic pain resolution needs. There is patience and care here and I feel comfortable working with him and I am making progress. If you want to get serious about moving your physical abilities to a better place, I recommend!
