My technician was so kind and there was a (non-electrical) issue with the doorbell and he stayed until he fixed it which I felt was above and beyond since he was there for what I thought was an electric issue.
I had an emergency at my dad‘s house who is elderly with an outlet that almost started a fire. My dad was without his oxygen, mobile help, some lights, and his telephone. I called BG Electric and spoke with Bobby who was so accommodating and was able to send someone out right away. He said someone would be at my dad‘s house that same day at 11 and sure enough there was a knock on the door at exactly 11. Excellent company! I called in the afternoon about a residential electrical problem and an electrician was at the house in the morning. Very fair pricing!
Incredible experience from getting a quote to the work being performed! We had two wall sconces installed and they look beautiful, plus we were thrilled with the price. Bobby is phenomenal to work with but the technician he sent also did a fabulous job!
