It's a great place to train at, with an extensive range of equipment and a very experienced and qualified coach like Jawid. I have just completed a few personal training sessions with Jawid and I can already notice a difference in my physique and performance. I highly recommend BFunctional Lynbrook.

This is the best gym that I found in this year to achieve my goal...The trainer Jawid he is an amazing person. He is very Knowledgeable and motivated. Words cannot express how good this fitness centre is! The head coach Jawed is extremely caring, motivated and has in-depth knowledge about body movements and overall building muscle. The facility has all amenities you need for a great work out session! I have been training with Bi-functional with Jawed for the past 6 months and his helped me get in better shape as well educate me on right way of working out. Highly recommended! Thank you Coach!!!
