My brother and I recently did a trial at BFT and absolutely loved it. Bonnie, Libby, Owen, Rhys and Alex have all been so warm and welcoming, the encouragement is great and the constant checking in while preforming movements and providing feedback with no judgement, makes it a comfortable environment for anyone looking to improve and incorporate high intensity fitness into their lifestyle. I have just joined BFT Yarraville and I'm grateful for the warm welcome especially by the coaches, Bonnie and the team! They are super helpful, with ample knowledge to get you through the session, in a way that you feel motivated! The studio has a great energy , some members have been kind enough with lotsa positive vibes, a few awkward moments as well with others. I'm liking the variety of programs offered on different days , which caters to seasoned members as well as newbies like me. So more power BFT!
