It's official...I am addicted to BFT Wynnum. I have never experienced such a fun, supportive and educational vibe whilst hitting rewarding cardio and strength sessions on a daily basis. The coaches won't just let you go through the motions, they will teach you technique, they will invest in your personal growth, and they will make sure you do it with a smile. I can't speak more highly of this place. So much more than a gym, or a place to work out. The coaches and the other gym goers have become more like an extended family. The group is so supportive, friendly and helpful. A great sociable atmosphere mixed with a great mix of cardio and weights. I have learned a huge amount in a short time and as someone who has generally avoided gyms, to have gone from nowhere to a point where I miss going if travelling, is remarkable.
