Such a great gym - the trainers are so motivating, knowledgeable and more importantly friendly! There is such a good vibe about the place, love how they make everyone of all ages and fitness levels feel welcome :)

As someone who has always struggled to stay consistent with training and nutrition, I can’t speak highly enough of BFT Wynnum. The community and support system here is simply unmatched. I recently moved house and purposefully searched for somewhere that was within proximity. BFT Wynnum is so much more than just a gym for me ❤️
Before going to BFT Wynnum I’ve had memberships at most local gyms at different times and attended probably one session a year ( and it showed ) Now I’m going most days. The coaches are faultless and complement each other perfectly and the environment is unbeatable. Cannot recommend this gym any higher.
I’ve been loving my training at BFT! Staying consistent has been so much easier with their supportive environment. The crèche is an absolute game-changer — having a safe place for my children means I can take time for myself and focus on my health. So grateful for this amazing setup!
