BFT Wellington Central is next level… literally. This first floor studio has incredible coaching, programming and energy, and the community vibe hits you the moment you walk in. The space is clean, modern and really well set up. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into every session. Awesome gym with knowledgeable instructors
Prior to this, I've never signed up to a gym. I couldn't see myself committed to one. However, I needed a change. After a serious accident more than 10 years ago, I never could regain my fitness and strength. It is disappointing that I would keep getting injured and the cycle continues.. Thankfully, with the support of my partner and with the coaches at BFT Welly Central (Dani, Aaron, Amy, Bri, Emily, Abbas, Mushi..), I kept showing up. Best BFT in town! Carry and Marshall have done an amazing job making this place feel like a true community. The trainers are awesome — super supportive and really know their stuff!
