The best gym i have ever been to for people of all fitness levels. Has the best class based hybrid training program I can find. I love the open, warehouse space with sauna and recovery boots. The staff are inspirational and lead my example.
Great gym to develop your fitness goals. Very welcoming staff with Emily and Locky following every move to ensure maximum form. I have only meet great people here. Everyone is eager to support you and share the journey. Thank you BFT. Highly recommended.
BFT wallan is just amazing 🤩. It’s absolutely a life changer for me. With an issue of sciatica I have lost all the hope to become healthy and active again but after joining BFT not just I regain my hope , I also become more healthier and active . And it just all happened because of the wonderful team of Emily, Dean , Lachlan and their knowledge. Especially a big thank you to Lachlan ..as he was always around to teach me the right way to exercise without hurting my back more.
