Nice BFT studio. I was a visitor from other city and the trainer & people welcome me very nicely. The trainer (Cody, if I am not mistaken) was super friendly and helped me woth alternative excercises to look after my calf injury. :-)
I signed up for a 14-day trial, expecting to fairly evaluate the gym. However, the gym was closed for 8 out of those 14 days due to the holiday period, which significantly limited my ability to use the facilities. Despite directly communicating with the owner during the sign-up process, I wasn’t informed about these closures in advance. When I requested an extension, explaining that I couldn’t use the service for the majority of the trial period, my request was flatly denied. Frankly, this feels like a rip-off. Bft Victoria street is a great community gym! The coaches are friendly and welcoming and know how to help tailor the best workout to fit your ability or work with any injuries or niggles. Highly recommend!
